I would like to thank the entire staff from the front office for your courtesy and professionalism. My grandson order for his glasses was delayed and lost somewhere between the lab and the office receiving the glasses. Thank you to the office manager, Mary-Jenn for diligence in researching to find out what happened to the order and for resolving the problem. Your professional and courtesy remained intact and shinned through to settle my family’s disappointment and frustration in not receiving the glasses in the expected timeframe.
