I truly appreciate your outstanding customer service. You didn't just help me see more clearly—you made me feel seen, heard, and understood as a person, and that meant so much to me. For my first time eye exam with Bella optical I had a great experience . Staff are very welcoming, nice and helpful. Throughout my exam I felt no rush when picking out my glasses.They also kept educating me throughout the process. Overall I would recommend Bella optical.

I would like to thank the entire staff from the front office for your courtesy and professionalism. My grandson order for his glasses was delayed and lost somewhere between the lab and the office receiving the glasses. Thank you to the office manager, Mary-Jenn for diligence in researching to find out what happened to the order and for resolving the problem. Your professional and courtesy remained intact and shinned through to settle my family’s disappointment and frustration in not receiving the glasses in the expected timeframe. Thank you Mary-Jenn and Sheryl that the issued was resolved to our satisfaction and my grandson order was received. He is excited about his new glasses and looking very handsome in wearing them. 💗🌷
