Farshid Amir, O.D.
Dr. Farshid Amir graduated in 1984 from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and in 1993 from the Southern College of Optometry. He went on to complete his contact lens residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1994. He has been in private practice since then and specializes in primary care and cornea and contact lens management. He is also an Assistant Professor at The University of Incarnate Word, Rosenberg School of Optometry.

Erik Cummings, O.D.
Dr. Erik Cummings graduated from The Incarnate Word’s School of Optometry here in San Antonio. He was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and graduated with Cum Laude honors. Dr. Cummings completed a research fellowship at the Greehey Children’s Cancer Research Institute at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Cummings is a native Texan. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an interdisciplinary plan minor of Ethics and American Democracy. Since 2016, Dr. Cummings continues to provide the excellent, friendly eyecare that thousands of patients have received here for years. |
